    thats 3 posts in a row ,

well done , well done indeed.

By the way , the last time Manny landed 100 shots , most of them power shots, his opponent had to spend the night in hospital...

You know, seriously, can I ask you something else.

Marquez threw 511 against Pacquiao and landed 195

Marquez threw 580 against Mayweather and landed 60

Pacquiao threw 600 against Marquez and landed about 170

Pacquiao threw about 700 against Cotto.

I'm quoting the Cotto fight, as it's something you fail to note. Pacquiao's punch output, is actually pretty average against opponents with speed and a bit of ability.

He throws about 1000 against flat footed brawlers.

He throws closer to 700 against guys who hit him back.

Truth is, Pacquiao throws about 650, and lands about 100 against Mayweather

Mayweather throws about 500 and lands about 300

Pacquiao won't do any better than Marquez against Mayweather. He doesn't have the size, or skill set to make it close

    Pacquiao TKO1
    And that's no joke.
Floyd will be overwhelmed by Pac's Speed and Output and won't be able to handle it.

Man, you need to look at punch stats more.

Floyd landed way more shots on Marquez than Paqcuiao did.

Floyd will probably land more on Mosely than Pacquiao will.

Theres a different between throwing shots and landing them.

Pacquiao, against good opposition, rarely lands more than about 300 shots

Pacquiao was beating the crap out of brawlers, long before Marquez beat the crap out of him.

Guess what happened, after that - he beat the crap out of more brawlers for 4 full years. Then Marquez did it again.

And Marquez is not in Mayweathers class.

I think we have established over the last decade, that Manny can go 4 years looking like superman, as long as the opposition are right

Yes, Floyd is world famous for taking punishment.

Have a look at punch stats.

Against Mayweather, every 7 punches you throw, you'll land 1 if you're lucky.

For Pacquiao to land what he did on Margarito, he'd have to throw abouy 4'000 shots

Let's have a more sensible debate.

As in, who even thinks Pacquiao neccesarily blows away Marquez at 147? I don't

Truth is, and it's a harsh one.

Marquez threw more shots at Mayweather, than he did Pacquiao, but landed more than 3x as many on Pacquiao.

Pacquiao threw more shots at Marquez, than Mayweather, but Floyd nearly landed 150 more scoring shots.

Pacquiao is just way harder to hit, and way more accurate than Pacquiao

    Not a great combo

Cotto is hardly a brawler, neither was Oscar , neither was Clottey.

Look at the like for like careers and Manny has fought better fighter than Floyd period.

Your only trolling because you dont think the fight will ever happen... if the fight gets signed (which I doubt myself) you wont go anywhere near a bookies with a bet that stupid & you know it.

Mayweather beats Pacquiao all day long & if this bull**** ever gets signed I`ll bet anyone on this forum in any kind of bet, any length of ban or whatever.

i do think pac can win easy, but then you can also think pac could get frustrated by not getting off as easy as normal and second guess himself and not let go as much.

i do think to myself, what advantages does floyd have over pac that he usually has,and defence is the only thing, with manny still having an okay defence when he wants to.

Pac matches if not betters floyd for stamina, game plans, hand speed, footspeed, upper body movement, counter ability.

pac will shock floyd with his ability to close the distance between them, and the speed in which pac can time and land on floyd, and then move away and hit again straight away at another weird angle.

pac wont get hurt by floyd either, and pac can hurt floyd. pac can outland floyd, then change the plan up and make floyd be uncomfortable in having to be the aggressor, and pac can be the one doing the countering!.

I see where you're getting at and some ppl will just ignore what you're saying because they can't take it.

PPl think Manny is going to just go in there and throw a bunch of punches and say FLoyd will lose because he can't defend against a 7 punch combo, but for the people that box, they know there's a big difference between a heavy bag and a speed bag.

If Manny's opponent stands there with just his hands blocking his face, he'll take a big combo, but if his opponent is moving around and retreating out or even slipping punches, he won't throw more than 4 punches.
