Pacquiao has been fighting BIGGER guys, catchweight or not.. Who cares if Floyd fought Oscar at 154? Pac might have fought Margarito at 150, but Margo was still the way bigger man.. Margo could have fought him at 147 and he still would have been the way bigger man..

 

fought a near peak hatton, a peak cotto. de la hoya that a year before got a split decision against floyd when pac blew him out the water. and he fought a non-peak slow margarito.
