FMJ exercised his rights per the contract and weighed in two pounds heavier and paid JMM accordingly. JMM accepted the money and reached for greatness. Both men acted in their own best interests.

No it not an opinion. The Welterweight limit established by the commision is 147, yet Pac made up his own rules which lowered the limit and they agreed to it fine.
