    2 weeks notice.........take on Wright ?

    Sorry but no thanks.

I dont know the boys name but i remember Wright recently tearing the head off some ginger lad (no dis) with a come forward record.........wasnt a stand in.

If i have the right person ?

    Wright was gunning !

So, to my understanding, Crolla is to defend at Lightweight, naturally Super Feather and Wright has been around the Lightweight (He fought Arthur aye ?) Light/Welter scene for a wee bit ?

Crolla saying no, is well oks......though i will take him to beat Wright, given the prep.

To call him out as a bottler etc is balls, simply.

Rob, the best want to fight the best etc blah blah blah but.........ppl need to eat.

    Dont be a fan.........be a fighter.

Be a fighter and turn down a fight. Good logic.

Hey, he could even say.....if i lose...........i will learn........which he will, as anyone does in there domain/scenario/situation.

Maybe he has a bit more respect for his livelhood than you do.......its not WWE/F.

Maybe he has that bit more respect for who he is taking on than you do.

MAYBE he dosent get to make THAT decision right now.

Wright, if its the one i saw......is dangerous right now, simply.

I wouldn't take Wright on two week's notice either.

Sure his record doesn't look much but he's obviously way better than that suggests, he's big, strong, awkward and tough as nails.

Not a fight Crolla needs right now. With six weeks notice he'd take it in a heartbeat. He was willing to face Rees in his first defence, after all.

if this was the other way round Gallaghers would complain about it.

Macklin and Crolla pulling out. Murray not on the card doesn't take a genius to work out whats happening does it.

I get why crolla and gallagher would turn it down but don't we all complain about there not being enough tough fights.

you lot will be complaining about the bill being **** come april 16th.

as british champion you should be prepared to take on all comers. why was limmond rejected?? feather fisted orthadox fighter.

how much notice did wright and limmond get??? the same.

theres plenty of champions that have taken fights at short notice. Groves vs Anderson was a 2 week job.

Yeah, but as champion it's your right to fight when you want to for a voluntary defence. If they aren't comfortable defending against a good awkward fighter at 2 weeks notice then that's their prerogative.

Except they're guys with nothing to lose.

You seem like a good poster and a sound lad but I don't understand why you constantly need to be one who moans about something. It seems like every new story is gospel and you defend/accuse people based on very little. Earlier you said "***** move" or something...come on. Surely you can see why a champion doesn't want to defend at very short notice without it being a "***** move" yet you get on your high horse about it.
