It was really sanctioned. He's really fighting Lebedev. It's really in Russia. It really won't matter; he's really getting KTFO.
Roy looks like hes already bulked up. He looked close to 200 on BAD. Lebedev is not a big cruiser either. I put $200 on Green when he fought Jones. I thought he was all wrong for him and he was. I dont get that feeling with Lebedev. I wont bet on Roy, but I dont see this as an easy win for Lebedev either.
At this stage though, I wonder what Jones could possibly bring to the table. His legs, reflexes, chin and power (especially at cruiser) are pretty much non-existent at this point. Even if he manages to stay on his feet, you know he will be against the Ropes the whole fight and that NOT a good idea with a big banger like that.

thats my biggest worry for him, he cant seem to stay off the ropes anymore. Im hoping the added weight will help him. Hopefully he will stay near the center of the ring more and time Lebedev coming in stopping him in his tracks over and over for 12 rounds like he did Ruiz. I know that was a long time ago, but I would never give up all hope the guy who got me into boxing. He deserves for his career to end on a hight note not 3 straight losses, one to his biggest rival
What he deserves and what will happen in reality are two different things. Lebedev is a better boxer and bigger banger than Green. This won't end well for Roy, which is a shame.
Anything is possible in boxing. Roy coming in as the under dog, he just might shock everyone with a victory. Once upon a time he was Superman so I'm not counting him out yet.
Yeah but I dont think hes as bad of a style matchup as Green. Lebedev isnt as imposing in the ring or fight as tall. I dont think hes as big a puncher as Green either though he does have heavy hands. I think hes getting overratted a bit though. Hes a strong fighter but hes slow and doesnt have fast feet which is good for Roy. I dont think Roys getting underratted but maybe a but underestimated. Dont get me wrong I dont think Roy will win I just dont see him getting KOd bad either.
