A very different question about Pac and Peds: Read carefully

This thread is not to start the same old debate about floyd and pac and all that s**t.

I've heard people say countless times that all this started because of a baseless accusation by floyd Sr and nothing more

In a serious question: Does anyone here thought manny was taking something WAY BEFORE floyd Sr opened his mouth? be honest

i myself thought about it after the hatton fight and even more so after the cotto fight

simple answer, yer or no and when

 

thought hadnt really crossed my mind....and i was at both the hatton and cotto fights

the thing that cracks me up though is....alot of pac fans will refute steroid claims by others by saying "floyd and manny were in the same weight class when they were 16....so couldnt we be just a suscpicious of floyd".....

but like nazim said "shane coulda had world titles at them small weight classes too...but he had an amatuer career"

at the same time....these people love to tout mannys greatness because hes climbing the weight classes and beating all of these much bigger guys....they also like to claim manny struggled with morales and jmm because he was draining himself to make those weights and didnt really belong there.......

so pac was draining himself to fight in the 130-135lbs divisions....but hes really the much smaller guy when fighting guys at welter??? he looks every bit the part of a strong welter....hes a half inch shorter than cotto with an identical reach.....but they claim his greatness is beating up these much larger men.....

manny has grown into his body....the same way floyd has...floyd was fighting in the same classes as manny when they were very young...just as an amatuer....yet floyd cant seemingly to anything to please anyone

I had smart conversation about it with pac fan before Sr open his mouth....But once Sr said it tho all hell broke loose. Pac body transform over the years. bigger faster stronger. It dosent add up. Special legal shakes perhaps beside its the main topics in sports today. They find new way to detect it..theyll find new ways to inject it...it will never stop..live with it...Love or hate its all good fun

 

i think thats what really irks me about it.....

as you said "its one of the main topics in sports today"....its everywhere....its unfortunate....but its the sporting culture today....when you accomplish feats that are deemed amazing....people are gonna talk.....

and manny seems to act like hes above it...."just beleeb in my pawa".....well id like to....really....just take a ****in test and fight floyd....you like making american money here in america...somebody explain the culture here to him

People think Pac might be on steroids because he's always been underrated, so they are surprised as hell to see him doing the things he is doing now.

But if you're like me and you've known for a long time that he was a very special talent, the best p4p boxer in the world... then it's not that surprising and there's no reason to think he might be on roids.
