He's saying they can test him any time but not on the day of the fight, and except when he's in heavy training (when he can't afford to be physically or mentally effected by the tests). Big deal. Manny obviously hadn't yet grasped the concept of "random" testing and that was his comprimise for something he didn't want to do in the first place. He's since said they can test him in between rounds to make the fight.
He said not the day of the fight and then Brian Kenny tells him that there's a 14 day cutoff, then he says the training part. Well I thought it was at any time :huh
You do know that a Pac post fight interview is part of the attraction for many of his fans right? It's because he never answers the question correctly and many people that I know find it hilarious. And you guys come in here and quote him....that's ****ing hilarious too.
I doubt Pac misunderstood the questions. He didn't answer them with confidence either...leaving the door open for more doubt and more questions.
