About the same way a "young" Lewis went against McCall by getting knocked silly by one punch and stumbling around like the town drunk.
Its like a nightmare you cant wake up from !! Klitschkos, now Boytsov and guys like Helenius on the horizon....get used to it ...Brotha ...
Which he avenged. When did WALDO avenge his Purrity loss, or his Sanders loss? Still no sign of him on your idiotic lists too, despite his ridiculous glass jaw. I wonder why :think
Yeah "avenged" by fighting a guy that should have been in rehab and could not return the favor and put him away. Well, it is a shame Lennox never mixed it up with an ATG Like Mitch Green.
nut:nut You knock the McCall rematch and defend the Klitschko defences :rofl Still no answer....why is WALDO not on your stupid glass jaw list?
This is FACT. People were lining up to fight Ali Marciano, Dempsey, you name it, with the exception of Young Foreman, now he was feared. The reason the Brothers don't get the fights is not because they are afraid to fight, it's because the best fighters know damn well that if they bide their time, they can get a FREE pass at the WBA. As for eras, it's all relative. I can't see Joe Frazier beating Chambers, Peter or even Haye, yet he somehow pulled it off against Ali. Pure determination. RESPECT! But if Joe got in with either K bro, he'd be out COLD inside 6, period. 10/10 times. Young Foreman is basically a toughman contestant. Wildly swingin for the fences with every breathe he took. That is why when he met Ali, he was stopped and made to look foolish as Ali leaned back and absorbed all George could throw. The Klits deploy that same strategy at times, simply lean back, take the shot off the gloves, then NAIL your @SS in the jaw ass your stepping out. Tyson walked through pure BUMS. I witnessed it every 5 months on HBO or PPV. It was my pasttime. But how long does Razor or Douglas or Spinks last against even Arreola. CMON NIPPLE by KO against each. Watch prime Holy vs Old Foreman, and tell me that prime Holy could withstand ANY version of Wlad. Golota went to war with Bowe. Prime Golota vs either Bro ends in an UGLY KO. What's that say about Bowe. Joe Loius? How many guys did he fight with winning records. Club fighters who couldn't even win locally much less on the national and much much less on the world stage. Guess what guys. I am from Chicago. And I watched as the kids from my local Y boxing gym got less and less and less. FOOD stamps, Sec 8, and fast dope money. No reason for young Afro americans to try to learn the sport, especially because they can get into other less dangerous sports. Ali, Louis, Frazier. Hungry. They fought to eat. These kids these days are soft in america, but over there..... across the pond, outside of GB, in the former SU, those fukking kids are starving, and them kids are fighting for their food. Former SU fighters are hungry, and like those americans of OLD, they are dominating. We should've seen this coming 20 years ago after the wall fell. But guess what, us fightfans don't think about how the politics of the world affect the agriculture of our game. FIGURE IT OUT. EARLY!
Hey ****** I answered you in the other thread days ago. I don't even make the lists I just post them I consult the other ChinCheckers and put them on there by who has them ranked where so it is accurate. If it was up to me 7 of the 10 would be from the UK but people like you would cry like little girls so it is a Democratic process.
ROFL Cooper was a bum and he destroyed Ali. Cooper was 27- 8-1 going into that fight...hahahaha if that's #1 then that was the worst era of boxing of all time by far. 27- 8-1 ....hahahahaha, And he KO'd Ali.
So if it were up to you then WALDO would be in the top 10? You really think I give a **** if UK fighters are in there? If it's justified then it's justified, which is why WALDO should be in there. So should Fraudley and Khan, and Haye should be around number 9 or 10 too. WALDO should be around number 4 or 5. That's the thing, I'm not biased, I just take the **** out of people who obviously are. Incidentally Khan should be in the bottom half of the top 10 now after surviving that final couple of rounds against Maidana. Chins do improve with age, occasionally. Ali's certainly did, as did Holyfields.
Another boxrec warrior atsch and an alias too I suspect. Cooper was considered a warm up fight for Ali, his record is equal to pretty much most warm up fights these days. Ali got caught as a 21 year old and took matters into his own hands in the very next round. He also beat the **** out of Cooper again a few years later for good measure. Now compare that to WALDO v Purrity again?
Purrity is about 50 years old now, I suspect he's where he's supposed to be at that age, not sure I get your point there :huh Sanders career was actually finished before he even fought WALDO if you actually followed boxing back then. Sanders only became a 'beast' after he shattered WALDO's fragile glass chin. Hell WALDO only avenged the Brewster loss once Brewster was medically suspended in the US due to his eyesight problems.
Brewster's eyes werent an issue until after the fight according to the man himself, and he admits he didn't know how the hell he beat Wlad the first time. He thought Wlad was sick or something. As for Sanders not being feared......atschatschatsch STFU Lewis BLATANTLY ducked him. Was scared like a ***** to fight him, as was Tyson. Both backed out of a fight with him. Only the Rock had the ball to risk their chin against him, and guess what, only the rock and Vitali withstood him.
Yes, Lewis blatantly ducked Sanders, by fighting the guy that beat him Sanders was always considered a nearly man, until he stepped into the ring with WALDO and his glass jaw, at 37 years of age. Would love to see proof of the fact that both Tyson and Lewis ducked the mighty Sanders by the way :rofl I suspect Brewster knows exactly how he beat WALDO in that first fight too by the way, he landed the punches after all. Again provide sources or STFU.
