mayweather will start the early rounds offensive, then go defensive the rest of the rounds. once he puts pacman behind points early, then hell cruise with a win being defensive. mayweather needs to keep distance and footwork, if he doesnt hell loose.

Leon what do u think about the Solis vs Pacquiao fight?

An opponent would need to create the proper spacing by stepping back on his backfoot, and then counter Pacquiao with a right punch over the top (of Manny's left). Morales thinks the element of surprise is critical against an elite fighter like Manny Pacquiao. When the Filipino moves forward, an opponent can bait him by stepping back and hurling a big right.

Your Mexican brother gave step by step instructions on how to take away emmanuel's left. No one throws that kind of right better than $. None of emmanuel's recent **** buddies even had a decent right.

Was Solis the guy who was frustrating emmanuel with his average defense?

Floyds chance is gonna be in the pocket. Unfortunately Pac doesn't stand in the pocket. He also has learned to be much more effective at getting his shots off and then retreating. He doesn't fight the same way, and isn't as willing to take shots like at the lower weights.

Pacs footspeed is key, his ability to close the gap like no other fighter could be floyds downfall. Floyd seeing a 4 punch combo then his target gone again is gonna be a recurring nightmare in and out the ring. Floyd will have to get off first on every exchange to get the better of it. Pac will initiate every chance he gets, so I don't see it happening.

same, i believe the fight will be won by movement and footwork, but favor to mayweather, he will keep distance, once pac moves in, move out the way then counter. problem with pacquiao is the only fights ive seen him fight a good counter puncher is marquez, the rest of the fighters were just bigger guys who are slow. i like watching the fight pac vs solis, pac had trouble getting in and unleashing combos.

yea shows a blue print on what to do.
problem with pacquiao is i havent really seen him fight a fighter with good movement/footwork, solis, morales 1, and marquez fights, that's it. and he gets frustrated once he cant hit anything, i mean solis was able to land straight right hands coz pac cant hit sh*t lol.

The problem with timing Pacquiao is not knowing where he's gonna be and what angle he's throwing from. Floyd has never had to deal with anybody as fast on his feet. Ricky had very fast feet and really caused alot of problems for Floyd early on, but he was known to gas later in fights. I'd say more problems for Floyd vs Ricky than Pac vs Solis. But they were both undefeated champs who wanted to win. That was also the last night Pac fought without Roach in his corner..

Watch the Ledwaba and Sasakul fights

emmaneul and his fans are going to be in for a nasty surprise. Mosley said that Floyd he fought has the quickest feet out of anyone he's ever been in the ring with.

to take away pacmans angles is with movement and footwork, when pac comes in, what if mayweather is out of range by using hes footwork/movement? the problem with pacmans recent opponents are they just stand there to get it, they DONT try to move out the way, or have NO skills to do so. opponents who had footwork/movement were solis, morales 1, and marquez fights.

Marquez neutralized a lot of those "amazing angles" by subtly moving backwards and using timed counters
