Some people might laugh, but this man had a taste for blood that a lot of people forget because he smiled a lot...then got rich and unmotivated

I won't laugh. When the going got hot, de la Hoya was not a nice guy... threw punches with mean intentions and had a nasty streak.

Frazier was indeed fearless but I can't consider him the most ferocious.

Does anybody remember him pulling up after hitting Bugner with a hook and then stepping back while Bugner slowly fell? A truly ferocious fighter would have followed up with another devastating shot. Foreman would have freaking decapitated Bugner in that situation.

He also backed off a cut up and beaten Quarry in their second fight and asked referee Joe Louis to stop it.

I admired Smoke for those actions.

    Dempsey - Tyson - Benn

John L. Sullivan from the old-timers.

Frazier was the most ferocious in the second half of a 15 rounder.
