Its not really stupid, but I hate when people compare previos apponnets of the fighter to decide the outcome of the the fight. Like for ex. Mayweather beat Marquez easily and Pacquiao struggled with him, so Mayweather would win.

A guy was talking to me once about how there is no one around today who is even close to being as great as Mike Tyson was pound for pound. When I replied that in the vast majority of knowledgable boxing fans opinions, Pacquiao, Mayweather and Hopkins would all rank much higher than Tyson in the all time pound for pound list, he laughed out loud and told me " Thats ridiculous, honestly we'll talk about something else now if you want, you obviously dont know that much about boxing, its fine, good result for Celtic today eh??" as if I was the one that had to stick to talking about things I knew about.
