Helenius won by impressive knockout, not TKO, but knockout!!! He should be in top ten. Who in the Hell did Solis ever beat to get ranked #1?!

I think Helenius should fight Wilder next, perhaps USTV would show it...........

8, replacing Boytsov on the Ring list, who I think is good, but doesn't deserve that spot, volume of fights aside.

Wilder is about three years off of fighting someone of Helenius' caliber.

    Helenius is losing?

The official scorecards says: 76-76 / 78-74 / 77 -75, he is ahead of the two scorecards at the time of the stoppage, in which I'm giving him credit. The guy has only 14 fights coming in to this so it's impossible for him to dominate the veteran Peter.

What the hell happened to him? he was moving up fast looking like a crapload of potential, then he just stopped fighting kinda like Povetkin but on a tier below perhaps...

But he also got knocked out by the woefully bad shannon briggs and even worse got shut out by valuev. As in completely dominated!

Perhaps I rate vitali higher than you, I dunno, but this is one of the worst mismatches in the heavyweight division for a while.

If vitali only has 2 fights left, this is a terrible choice.

If vitali carries on for a while longer then it's an ok "inbetween fight"

That's probably right, but I'm not convinced he can beat Solis. And I'm not convinced that the big stiff can beat a fat 260 lb fighter that just destroyed his knee, that shows how bad the heavyweight division is.

The only guys worth a damn are the Klitschko's and Haye.
