    1.) Salvador Sanchez
    2.) Julio Cesar Chavez
3.) Antonio Margarito (he beat Cotto, beat Floyd by DEFAULT, and did not lose to Mosley but lost to Steroids)
4.) Humberto Soto (beat Pac, JMM, MAB, EM, Valero by DEFAULT cause he scared all of them into not fighting him)
    5.) Ricardo Lopez
    6.) Erik Morales
7.) Marco Antonio Barrera and Juan M Marquez tied for 7th place

Julio Cesar Chavez and it isn't particularly close. The most talented fighter on the list.

    Julio Cesar Chavez
    Marco Antonio Barrera
    Erik Morales
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Ricardo Lopez
    Humberto Gonzalez
    Antonio Margarito
    Humberto Soto

I personally like a prime Morales in terms of jus being fun to watch. But JCC and Lopez are the two best... Lopez never lost.

EXACTLY! Daniel Zaragosa deserves the nod instead of Margarito

Margarito KO'd Miguel Cotto, and Sergio "Maravilla" Martinez (that has scared Martinez into not fight Margarito in a rematch, as Martinez said in an ESPN interview that he doest want to fight Margarito again)

Margarito also beat Floyd by DEFAULT, cause he scared Floyd into not fighting him.

Margarito never lost to Mosley because Margarito lost to STEROIDS, not to Mosley.
Margarito can KO Mosley 10 out of 10 times, as long as Mosley is NOT on Steroids.

Humberto Soto has beaten Pac, Marquez, Barrera, Morales, Valero all by DEFAULT cause he scared each and everyone of them into not fighting him.
