Ah come on man! what?! At least try to have a rational discussion. Pac is a great fighter who has done great things and Floyd beating him in impressive fashion would be far, far and away his best win, from the event alone. Saying anything else means you have an agenda and then theres no point us talking anymore for either of our sakes. hatton out of his weight class, gatti who floyd himself said was a C class fighter and Baldomir a guy with, in floyds words "who he? he got 10 losses" Corrales, castillo 2 and hernandez are better than those three.
what about castillo then? he plods along and fires out his jab and he gave floyd mad trouble. mayweather beat corrales with quick feet and most importantly and perhaps floyds best punch) his jab to the body, and you call yourself a floyd fan?! and your telling people to talk to a credible boxing coach? Are you on drugs
Castillo was past his prime when he faced Floyd. For those who followed Jose Luis' career you would've easily known that. So it is not a good indicator. About Castillo and the term you use "plodding", it's good to see at least you have a keen eye for that. In boxing training it's what we call midboxing. It's not exactly plodding, Barerra has that stance and is a physiological thing, you are born with it. You cannot just learn the art of boxing and suddenly jump and lunge to punch like pacquiao nor box masterfully slide your feet like Floyd having mastered the Sweet Science. That being said, the art called SWEET SCIENCE is my drug. :good
Why dont you post Foyd's fights where those six amatuer fighters handed floyd his six loses. Lets see how masterful he really is in this sport.
I speak facts. Pure facts based on science like zero loses and forty wins...... How about three losses and two draws??? Get the drift???
Wasn't you Marshmellow that brought Floyd's amateur career into an argument a couple of days ago? "Floyd did. If his amateur days were considered pro. This is a well known fact. " When you compare his amateur years vs Pacs early "Pro" years, Floyd has 6 losses to Pac's 2. Your boy isn't all that perfect or unbeatable.
You actually sound exactly like Floyd Mayweather Jr! And no, if your thinking about replying "Aw jeez thanks!" Think again because what I meant by that is that you sound like an insecure, deluded, charmless twat. Kudos on reaching 550 posts, especially as I imagine they were all on the same subject!
Don't give me that spin. Floyd took the amateur route and treated it as an amateur is supposed to be--- to learn and not be his profession. He turned pro when he knew he had the needed fundamentals. That's why it is called professional. Floyd is a calculating person and scientific as I said. That is why he exhibits his mastery in what we call the Sweet Science. But I am not knocking on Manny's loses if he had to turn pro early due to financial reasons. But he had a draw with Marquez, whom Floyd easily disposed off in Marquez' prime, and didn't pacquiao lose in the middle of his career to a man named Eric Morales? We all know what Floyd is capable of doing to Morales if ever they met in the superfeathers. These are facts man. :good
Consider the fact that back in the day ODLH was using roids. Guess who was training ODLH back then. Floyd sr. Back then at the same era, Floyd was hitting hard and fast. The same accusation these dumb****s are accusing pac but Floyd's case of using roids is much much greater than the possibility of Pac juicing.
