Yea but so much happened in such a short time span, it is truly classic. I thought Lyle had it but then Foreman back to lyle back to Foreman it was nuts!!!

Many come to mind, but because Rocky Graziano was the pied piper to every kid in the neighborhood, his TKO of Zale was thrilling for me.

For the pure emotional pleasure,Ali v Foreman. Even though it was far from the best fight, technically.

I remember watching this one on either Grandstand or World of Sport on the Saturday after it happened. Did n't know the result before I watched it either. On the first preview it showed George knocking Lyle down, and me and my mate were saying "oh yeah...predictable" Then on the NEXT preview clip,Ron was turning the tables !!!!!!!!!!!! We were on tenterhooks all the way untill the end. What a belter,eh....? One reporter referred to it as being the most two sided fight he'd ever seen !

Alexis was 2 rounds away from immortality as he would have been the 1st ever to achieve winning 4 world crowns in 4 different weight divisions when it really meant something & was thought impossible. I was crushed when i saw it that sat afternoon on "World of Sport" with Dickie Davis.
