They would have to fight at the same weight class.... I dont beleive Manny is truely a solid 147 pounder neither he is topped out at 140 IMO he just has the right attributes and skills that allows him to fight at the higher weights...
But we also must consider what Sanchez could have done with his career he did die very young and could have also easily moved up in weight and had some luck there as well so its a huge question mark which is why I said manny would stop him the manny of today that is, but I also must consider that Sanchez could have very well likely moved up in weight to as high as 140 which I think he could have with that said its up for debate.....

In that case.. explain to me why Sanchez doesnt move up the divisions to become a big puncher at 140 ?

you dont have to be a big puncher to win fights, he is skilled enough and at 25, and I tend to think that had he not passed away and did move up his skills would have improved much more, enough to perhaps win against pac at 140

Today he is a WW, Sanchez was FW but you know that, beside if SS took everything from WG and AN, I don't c how Pacriza could win.

He was like 22 years old when he died and was the King at 126, he didn't have time to do anything outside 126.

Another thing to factor in is how young SS was when he died, I don't think we saw the best of SS, so if you are going to match this two it has to b a FW and how MP was at that weight, not how he is today, SS by KO and will not last long.

hahahahaha all boxers will beat pacquiao in your dreams. all the idiots who think any smaller guy or same size of pac will defeat him are simply braindead.

Thats exactly my point and we did not see him at his best, but sadly thats what we only got to see, I beleive he would have only gotten better and I think had he lived long enough we probably would already know that SS would have beat Manny Pacquiao..
I remember a while back while at wild card I asked freddy how far he thought manny could go, this was while he was at feather, Freddy said he will probably retire as the best feather weight ever..... still thats alot to consider when you look at sal sanchez in contrast...

Sanchez and Pac (at FW) were both not at their physical peak. However, I see Sanchez winning by wide UD. Sanchez was acomplete boxer who had everything in his tools. Pac was not yet polished at his weight class.

  13. at featherweight Salvador Sanchez KO, enough said

At feather, I have to go with Sanchez. He could box and punch, unbelieveable conditioning (he could go a hard 15). And no way would Pac hurt him, he had a rock solid chin. We really missed out on something very special with Sanchez`s untimely death. Morales was able to beat Pac and I absolutely feel that Sanchez had it all over Morales. 15rd UD Sanchez. Pac would not be able to wear him down, where as I think Sanchez could...

Little Red couldn't buy a blink. At 126 Manny's power would not pose a problem.
