Good question; I have the same one. They seem to be going out of their way to show you what Pacquiao eats and what supplements he takes when any person with common sense would know that if they we're doing something shady, it would be in the shade/shadows; not on videos for all to see. What does seem shady is the extra effort to be 'transparent', or what they would like you to interpret as transparent in this area. Seems like Ariza is pushing that more than Manny.
And it's good to know that all you Manny *ock suckers won't get hepatitus on your lips. Aren't you glad.atsch
He called out Mosley, but he had dental problems  Judah was the lineal champ when Floyd signed to fight him, but unfortunately he lost, so he fought him and the guy that beat him. Also people were asking for the Hatton fight for a while and if he didn't fight him, he would have got **** for not fighting him also. So I don't see what the problem is. If they ask you to fight 10 people and you fight 4 of them, then you're ducking the other 6 :-(
a protein shake RIGHT after eating.... WRONG The body can only absorb so much protein... unless he didnt eat any during his meal, chances are most of that protein in that shake goes right through him and right out (pee, ****) Waste time... you give that to hin in between meals to get the calorie count up and let the body absorb it
everyone at my gym takes a protein shake after a work out, If you eat a meal a hour before your training and work out for 1.5 hour take shower then a proteinshake whats wrong with it then?
i think 1.5 hours is enough time but usually your body can only take a certain amount of protein at one time. Ariza's a great S&C coach but from what i've seen/read he's not the greatest nutritionist.
I thought protein every 3 hours would be allright, I dont know about professional athletes though. Looks like he is going a good job with pac though based on how he looks and performs.
