John Simpson vs Stephen Smith II who wins? Is a close call but i go for Simpson

U obviously never watched prizefighter. Guy has no chance of a decision in Liverpool so needs a KO.

 

Dont know, but I worry for Simpson this time, although I REALLY hope he wins, as I'm a fan. I think if Smith keeps it long, manages to do what he did in spots, for the whole fight this time, then...

I definitely thought Simpson won the first fight though, as Smith languished on the inside too much, and Simpson is a better fighter from that range.

 

I find it bizarre how everyone just plumps for Simpson when Smith was handling him easy and making him look ponderous until he hurt his hand. Think about that, you are a boxer and one of your hands is ****ed. I'm not saying Simpson hasn't got a very good chance because he obviously has, but people keep failing to recognize this factor in what was a very close fight.

Plus if Smith has remotely improved his pacing and inside game to any sort of level where he can at least neutralize Simpson somewhat, Simpson is totally ****ed. Smith has a lot more scope for improvement than Johnno.

 

That might only because of his physical dimensions though, not because he's particularly good from range.

 

Smith. If the younger guy edges past the older, more experienced guy in the first fight then he'll usually make easier work of it in a rematch.

 

simpson i think the time smith has had out the ring since his win hurts him and i think simpsion just keeps getting stronger after every loss he seems to get better got beat of smith then went and beat lindsdey , got beat of Mathews then beat Andy Morris got beat of Appleby then went and beat truscott twice in his own backyard

 

He is a lil beast, wish he had more power, was a bit longer.

 

Think Swifty takes this more comfortably this time. Stronger and better on the inside. Moving gyms will have improved him and he seems to be bursting with confidence.

 

I thought that is where he lost the fight last time.

 

Hopefully Simpson wins after the poor decision last time round.

 

Smith will win, 2 good hands this time, home crowd, no bother

 

Simpson this time. Smith was not that impressive, seems to love his Brothers 'hugging' style.

 

Listen guys i hear all the pish Smith has better sparring than John! Well john spars with a WORLD CHAMPION IN BURNS!!!!!!!!!!! and AN EX BRITISH CHAMPION IN APPLEBY both are better than Smith and by some way,so whatever Smith brings to the ring John will deal with it but will Smith be able to deal with Simmo? Nobody in there gym fights like Simmo and none of there fighters have the skills of Burns hence NO WORLD CHAMPION!!! ROLL ON 27TH!!!
