Notice how everyone who picked Sanchez has reasoning and an exlanation to why he beats Pac..... Yet although Pac has 42% of the votes im not really hearing any reason as to why Pac would win this.

PAC would get killed in 1 round...it's a fantasy fight LOL. PAC is the worst fantasy fighter ever. For example he already beat Barerra but in a fantasy fight he would still lose to Barerra.

Well hes being compared to a guy who would have been a nightmare for him style wise..... Oh yeah and Sanchez happened to be one of if not the greatest fw of all time... Actually i dont think posters are unfair to Pac as you always have a shitload of *******s putting in their votes... Too bad they dont ever give rationale reasons to why he wins these fantasy matchups..... Actually its a compliment to Pac that hes matched against all time greats or elite fighters of their eras.

Well of course sanchez takes this, but again manny has proved
me wrong many times which started from mab. So I would give him a chance.

not seen loads sanchez but i no pat cowdell a ran him close and he could only manage a split decision over him... yet he would beat pac with ease apparently :blood

Marquez, who is inferior to sanchez in almost everything, gave Manny all sorts of hell, and if it wasnt for the KD's, he would of won that fight pretty comfortably...Now imagine a faster, better counterpunching skilled, harder punching, granite chinned, freakish stamina fighter in Sanchez in there against him...Sanchez by wide UD.

yeah, and Pat Cowdell was also better than Wilfredo Gomez, Azumah Nelson and Danny Lopez right??

and Erik Morales and Juan Manuel Marquez are better than Salvador Sanchez correct?? You know and while we are at it, Manny Pacquiao at 126lbs fought excatly like Pat Cowdell, right???

My suggestion to you is to go and watch more of Salvador Sanchez, then form your opinion on this debate.

    Thank you, come again :hi:

Regarding Pat Cowdell, who was a decent fighter, i just feel when needed Sanchez could up his game, and may have underestimated him. Don't read to much into that fight

and Sanchez had a harder time with boxers, like Cowdell...Pacquiao, especially at 126lbs, was NOT a boxer type.

So you can throw the Cowdell fight out the window here.

    Wrong.

As for the original thread, Sanchez defeats Pac by SD. Sanchez's capacity to counterpunch and his overall ring generalship would be just a little much for Pac.

Younger folks have little familiarity with Sal and just how gifted he was.
