    I have. Been watching boxing for 30 years as well. The guy below has been watching boxing for 80 years and was first hand witness to many of the all time greats. Saw more fights of themthan there are films or youtube videos of them. Was former president of the Boxing Writers Association of America. Here's what he has to say:

    Bill Gallo doesn't work for any major news agencies. He's a cartoonist on the side. He's been a very credible and well respected boxing journalist for over half a century. He's got nothing to gain by speaking highly of Manny Pacquiao. It is crazed fans and haters that have agendas, something Bill Gallo was never known for.

    he's posting articles of other people's opinion. I could post a article from boxingnews24 and be like "here, they said Pacquiao is the most overrated fighter ever" but that don't prove anything :-(
