Maybe not humiliating but Gary Locketts effort against Pavlik was ****in pityful.

To be considered 'humiliating' they've got to be given some sort of chance to win beforehand, surely? Lockett was nothing more then sacrificial lamb led to vicious slaughter.

Hatton got humilated by Pac, not that I gave Hatton much chance of winning that like.

Khans KO v Prescott was humilating for him, especially making his debut on Pay Per view, bit of justice there as he should never of been on PPV at that point.

Mitchell vs Katsidis was humiliating at the time but in hindsight..... really it shouldn't have come as any surprise. Plus the way Kats competed against Marquez underlined the ability and bottle that he has.

Mitchell hadn't beaten anyone, it was just unusual that Frank Warren paid big money for someone good to come over..... as if to say ''hmm.... he knows something we don't''.

It's the sort of fight where you'd shove a tenner on Katsidis to pay for your beers for the night..... then after witnessing the fight unfold you kinda wished you'd phoned Quickquid, borrowed a fortune and shoved the lot on.

Tyson/BrunoII was pretty bad, for a 15 veteran to be afraid was not good.

Jack Bodell beating flattened by Jerry Quarry in under a minute was bad, especially with Quarry coming out with that classic put down line after the fight.

Indeed we have had more than our fair share of embarrassing Heavyweights, pre Lewis.

I know people are going to be annoyed with this, and hindsight shows it to be far from a humiliating defeat, but at the time it did rock the British sport, (not necessarily the defeat, but the one sidedness of it)...

    Watson/McCallum.

Watson was coming off the Lee and Benn wins, and was in seemingly awesome form.

McCallum was going though a rut, having been upset against Kalambay and pretty lucky against The Bomber, but he schooled Watson that night.

Surely Honeyghan-Breland was more humiliating than Starling fight.

No, it was all too obvious Honeyghan was shot against Breland. With Starling there was long time bad blood, and Honeyghan went into the fight as a least a pick-em, and yet was totally and brutally dominated.

Khan vs Prescott is a good shout, especially considering what Prescott has achieved after it. I remember Jim Watt saying something along the lines of "This Prescott lad has shown tonight he has all the skills to be a world champion" based on 59 seconds of boxing.

Lewis - Rahman is also a good shout

randy turpin was doing ok on his comeback after robinson, he worked his way back to a world title fight with bobo olson, which he lost on points...he won his next fight.....and then suffered a humiliating defeat by his standards when tiberio mitri stopped him in just over one minute.
