Complete and utter horse****. Dietary cholesterol does not increase blood cholesterol. Modern science actually completely burns down your egg yolk statement. Egg yolks being bad is based on wrongly interpreted "science" on rabbits from far into last century. A yolk contains half of the protein of an egg, only a minor amount of fats (5 gram, 2/3rd of which aren't the so called "bad fats"), and all of the vitamins and minerals. An egg yolk is one of the healthiest things you can possibly eat.
thanks for posting, I actually admire Alex Ariza's training (not him though) Also Tyson used to do 2000 crunches a day with a 25 lb plate so it's not unheard of also everybody needs some fat in their diet and Manny has a very strict diet with a small amount of fat in it so the fat from the egg yolks is a good alternative

he is right about the yolks.... it falls into a catagory I call "good fats" Olive oil yolks nuts avocado yogurt things of that nature. but remember... we are talking about foods for guys that work out around 4-6 hours a day... so it burns.... its FUEL TO BURN"... the average guy needs to watch that fat intake..... 2 yolks everyday IMO, is to much for the average joe.... its all about balance... if you have the yolks watch the other fats.... if you avocado, what ch the other fat intake..... common sense is the key. You guys know what is good for you and what isnt Basic rule:. In most cases, If you eat it right out of a jar or a bag (connivence foods) you will be in trouble. Eating healthy needs to be planned out and does take thought and work. But once you get it on track.... its easy
