Froch left Mick now confirmed?

I'm thinking Hatton Promotions as he could be their flagship star and they have good US links with Golden Boy!

I think he might remain a free agent.

Obviously Hatton has the link with Golden Girl but they don't control too many of the fighters in the 160-175 divisions that are potential opponents for Froch in the near future.

Warren has always admired him I feel, but I'm not convinced it's the right partnership for either at this time. Frank likes to be in control - once the Super Six is over Froch will want the big fights, here or abroad.... it's not really Frank's way.

Top Rank don't have any sway in these weights.

Lou Di Bella :think he'll be looking for a couple of fighters now that he's lost Taylor and Malignaggi, he only really has Johnson and Martinez left. He's a good guy who understands the sport and has links with the big TV companies (he should still be running boxing at HBO :-()

 

Strongly agree on this Beeston, Lou seems like a top guy as well whenever i have seen him interviewed or on documentaries!

If Haye, Khan and Froch were smart they could have formed there own promotional company and signed up all the free agents. Brook, Murray, Barker etc. They would be able to negotiate Sky dates as they are the only PPV players and thats how sky make the big bucks.

As of this year, he has no TV deal, his three best fighters have all left, another big name must have been retired and two fighters have lost their belts.

Yep that goes without saying. With the lack of a TV deal i'm suprised he lasted as long as he did. I wonder where Tyson Fury will go when his contract is up? Frank Warren so he can get a fight with Chisora?

On the promotional fron i think Dibella might be interested in Froch i think he has always been an admirer of him since the Taylor fight and he seems like the type of promoter Froch could get on with.

As for the rest of Hennesseys stable i would say they will most likely go to Matchroom Danny Mac and Fury certainly would be targets considering

Anyway, it's not as if Mick was doing a great job for him - so why give Mick a share of his purse for doing nowt?
