Who has proven to be the hardest hitting light welter weight since Kostya retired?

    Randall Bailey??
And Judah had a good crack on him at 140.

And before people say Maidana...his power is overated to death

Polls up now guys. Couldn't include them but a few other contenders could be Gatti, Castillo, Malignaggi...

    Cotto.

His composite punches, no telegraph, lots of speed, and broke ****ing malignaggi's bones and dislocated broncos shoulder or something. He ended lots of fights with 1 left hook to the body. ******ed power for 140lbs.

Why Bailey? Can someone list the top fighters he has fought and beat?

The guy might be the most overrated puncher in the history of boxing.

He did have heavy hands, but not one punch KO power.
His fights with Torres, Branco, and Paulie were the ****. Cotto used to always brake some type of bone. lol. Branco was a *****
