    The problem with Gary Newbon was he built his reputation on being edgy, and everyone caught on to it.

    I remember Benn during the anything Eu can do tour, turning on Newborn during a live interview, when Newborn (rightly) started questioning Benn's opposition.

    Gary lacked that subtle charm you need to have with that gimmick.

    As for Gary Norman I think he went into producing, but I will look in to it...
