3 seconds left in the round was a quick stoppage.

Daley is just another in a long line of Glass Jawed British Pugilists. What an awful Chin he has. Abysmal.:rofl

Don't like Diaz as a person but I have to admit his fights are very exciting. Nice win. Don't know where Diaz goes from here. Every guy ranked above him are in the UFC. If it was up to me he'd face the winner of GSP-Shields.

Diaz won't fight Shields as they are teammates, and he has said he'd never fight a teammate. Normally I'd say he should fight someone else in the UFC before he gets a shot at GSP, but if George beat Shields why not give Diaz a shot. There will be no one else for GSP to fight. (barring a match with Silva which I don't think will happen).

Scott Coker recently said in an interview that we can possibly see co-promotion happen in the next 8-10 months which sounds amazing. If GSP keeps winning, obviously he and Diaz should be in a mega fight. I'd also love to see Melendez vs. Edgar or possibly Aldo if he moves up in weight.

I guess no one should be suprised, Rico. That Shawn Michaels-esque fall to the canvas was just embarrassing.:rofl:patsch.

GSP fighting Diaz isn't really a mega fight. More like tune-up fight or "stay warm" type of fight.

I knew someone would call me out on that. I guess I was being extra nice to Diaz since he's put together a nice win streak. He's arguably Strikeforce's biggest star, so I'm sure they'll hype up a fight with GSP as two stars colliding. Call it what you want but I'd pay to see that fight provided that the entire card is good. GSP would be the favorite to win but Diaz is a live dog. In any case it's a win-win for me because I've been wanting to see Diaz and GSP lose. If they fight I'm basically guaranteed that one of them will be defeated.

Yeah... too early a stoppage. If Paul hadn't turned into a fish that wouldn't have been stopped. Seemed more of a ******ed balance issue, he wasn't taking anything big in the mount. Should've continued on. Diaz was hurt too.

Lol'd at Jardine drawing with Mousassi. Who expected that to happen?

It may not be a competitive fight but its the biggest money match in the division at this time. Diaz is charismatic, a natural foil for GSP and has an impressive winning streak. And its a title unification. Hardly a tune-up or stay warm fight.
