    Just watched the stoppage again... You guys really think Kirkland couldn't have survived that and came back for the rest of the fight? Wasn't it only an 8 rounder?!

    You and Kirkland are both in denial. I hate Joe Cortez too, but even Lieutenant Jordi La Forge without his visor could see that every time Ishida threw a punch Kirkland hit the mat. Good stoppage. :deal

    I agree that it was a premature stoppage, Kirkland was getting up, why the fuk Cortez didn't let him get up?
