Quote for the Khan fans...“He’s on the same level, pretty much, as Khan,” said Maidana. “The only difference between the two is that Khan is a little faster, but he runs. Morales doesn’t run.”

    :hey

That's it Flea...JMM is a proper finisher. I think we'd see a few rounds of great action before JMM finds the openings and ends it.

It was amazing to see a guy who is way past his best have to take the championship rounds off due to stamina issues, and not because he was desperately trying to avoid being stopped :yep

I'm the first to admit it; I didn't see Morales getting out of three rounds (and I felt o was being generous) and whilst this fight doesn't mean 'El Terrible' is back, with the right opponents he's got a couple more quality fights left in him IMO.

Knowing both fighters, and their long path to eventually fight each other, I find it hard to believe not one of 'em will come out bombing.

And the other will gladly oblige. Bring it on :happy

What would you guys think of Khan V Morales? I think it'd be a style pleasing fight.

I loved the combinations and skill level he showed for a guy that is clearly past he's best.

Liked when he waved Maidana to bring it!

Maidana is p4p one or the dirtiest fighter about right now. Man the guy just doesn't give a **** about the Queensbury rules. It's so dirty it's funny when he looks at ref like ''wha...me...ok..ok i won't headbutt him this round''.

It'd be a massacre. Khan would be too fast and would be able to avoid being caught in too many exchanges with Morales (who isn't a massive puncher anyway) and would probably trap Morales on the ropes at some point and flurry him to a TKO. Morales is back in the sense that against certain styles his toughness and experience will get him through. I don't see him being able to land on Khan enough to stop him.

I'd much rather see JMM-Morales first, and the winner of that (Marquez, obviously) to face the winner of Khan-Bradley.

Winner goes onto the Pac superfight (Marquez UD 12 Bradley ;-))

Khan would win. Erik enjoyed Maidana's style because he slow of foot and downright crude. Khan would win on the outside.

Think Morales start slow and end bad.

    Khan UD.

What would be the point of Khan fighting a guy who lost to the guy that he beat?

Rather see Kats Vs Maidana myself, with Guerrero fighting Soto/Antillon or Rios and actually staying at a weight for more than five minutes.

He's deluded if he thinks he'll get into the high earning bracket. He's devoid of personality.

This is more sensible. Though Guerrero/Maidana is a bit of a problem, I don't see why Robert would want to go to 140lbs to fight Maidana unless he got offered ridiculous money to do so. He's new to the 135lb division after all and has made a few waves in the division.

Maidana was fighting like a goat last night, trying to head butt the eye closed. What a little *****.
