Primetime won't be offering "more". They will be offering a small fee plus a % of each PPV buy. Khan's people obviously think they can enough buys to eclipse Sky's offer. I don't think they will.

Someone needs to have a word with Khan himself. The problem is that his management team have indoctrinated him to believe that anyone who goes against what his management say are "working against them".. and whenever Team Khan ****s up, like this with, it's always someone elses fault, because he's only hearing one side of the story.

    This is the thing.

It's not as if Primetime are just using someone else's feed and charging £15 - in which case the fighter is bound to make a nice few quid.

They've got to take on the full production of the show, I was at York Hall recently and even for a small venue there's a shitload of equipment and people that all costs money.

Like dftaylor said, Sky try and sell the arse off everything, and if they've been prepared to put together a preview show yet write the fight off as a PPV venture that says it all. Primetime aren't going to do anything, with no time what so ever to flog the fight.

No weekend papers - 'cos it's next week, they've got a grand total of 650 likes on Facebook. That's about as many as the campaign for Simon Grayson to be Prime Minister

Hearn knows his stuff. Khan's team are utterly inept, someone needs to tell this Saj dude to pull his neck in. Makes them all look like complete ****s.

The most unbelievable thing about this is that even if going with primetime makes them slightly more than the SS3 offer.. for the sake of a few 10's of K, they have given the promotional build up/ the exposure for Khan Bradley to potentially be on PPV a almost mortal blow, which in the long run is going to cost them far far far more. Amateurs.

I've bought PPVs off Primetime before, but I wont be in a position to do it this time, so they wont be getting my money.

    It wouldn't surprise me.

I'd be interested to know the buy rates for Khan's previous PPV's, Barrera aside for obvious reasons. With the amount of money that Khan seems to make it would interest me as to how much the other parties make - i.e. the promoter, the opponent, the undercard fighters.

I mean, they were flogging them at £15 a time and with Warren the undercards were stacked, and no American TV money either to my knowledge.

    Someone is losing money somewhere.

£15 for a mismatch and a joke of an undercard.

    El Classico is it then.

SKY said no to khan vs bradley PPV at 4 in the morning, not to the fight all together. SKY have said since the hatton vs pacquiao fights that they will not do PPV fights that start at 4 in the morning. if mayweather vs pacquiao happens it will not be PPV, its not just for khan its for everyone.
