    I just got my tickets today for the pacman vs mosley fight. after watching the morales maidana fight at the same venue on saturday i can't wait to get there and feel the atmosphere of a big fight in las vegas. if anyone can help with the answers to these questions below,

    has anyone been to the mgm grand arena for a fight and is the atmosphere even better than it looks on tv?

    also does anybody know if you need to get tickets to watch the weigh in?

    is it easy to get a drink at the arena?

    I'll see you there mate! Where are your seats? I plan on going to the weigh in too, I don't think you need tickets, just get there early as it'll be packed.

    I have a mate who went to the Pacquiao-Cotto fight.

    As long as you're not sitting next to 10 crying Pacquiao fans, you should be fine ;)

    Just be at the weigh-in early, otherwise you won't get in.

    they are at home so i'll need to check them but i think they are up in the sky!!

    You got your tickets delivered? I'm picking mine up from the arena when I get there. I'm in the upper tier as well :yep

    Girl I know just came back from the MGM grand about a week ago, apparently it's absolutely incredible there. The main arena has a good atmosphere & is really nice as well (although it was for a Lady Gaga concert & not a fight) There's apparently loads of bars & food places in the hotel kind of area so I imagine it will be pretty easy

    Unfortunately not, although she was at Kendra's pool party & saw Michael Jordan in the hotel :thumbsup

    was there this weekend for the morales fight mate it was quality.

    if think for thr weigh in you just need to be prepared to queue for a long time. if it costs anything it will be a nominal fee.

    easy to get a drink but pretty expensive $9 a pint. guess thats the same as most big event now days though. you can drink in the stands to unlike in the UK.

    pretty much wherever you sit is a good view but i would recommend getting the $300 seats at least.

    oh and you HAVE to go to this restaurant. Lindo Michoacan it a traditional mexican place off the strip. not many people know about it.

    last night went there and had the best steak of my life....and i have been to argentina. its a $10 cab ride from the strip but so worth it.

    :thumbsup There is a lovely steakhouse out by the big mall. Cant recall the name right now.
