I agree I suppose to a point reg the weight, I just don't think kats has got too much left. He's a good name for anyone to have on their record though.

There will always be a market for fighters like Katsidis. He'll brush himself off and sign the contract for another tear up and I'll watch because I know Katsidis will come in shape and come to fight.

Brendan Rios would be epic. Fight John Murray over here as a warmup... I know some people will not like me calling Murray a warm up but Katsidis would bully Murray. Am I spelling Murray wrong? Is it Murrey???
Don't like Katsidis going up to 140 to face Maidana. IMO he doesn't need that fight against a big punching light welter. He's fine at 135, at 140 I think he loses his physical size and strength advantages which he needs.

Katsidis is the man. He will get a few more big fights before he calls it quits. Would absolutely love to see him batter Rios. Even a fight with Acosta would be a great fight.

Yeah, it's a top idea. British fans know him and, those that don't, will soon be sold on his style. Then there's also the Aussie diaspora over here to appeal to.

They could sign him up and treat him like a domestic fighter using the Commonwealth to validate his fights and get opponents until he gets another world title shot. I would bloody love that.

Dunno, don't want to see the guy taking any more beatings like on Saturday. They need to be careful who they match him with. You can't put him in with good boxers with handspeed. You just can't. Not unless they're extremely vulnerable.

It's not just the losing, its the getting beat up and having no chance at all to win. He was never in that fight.

Katsidis would stop Murray and quickly, Warren probably knows this so that fight is a no go.

Yep. Murray next two fights are likely to be Rees and Mitchell. The two biggest names domesticly. Not a hope in hell Warren ****s him in with the like of Marquez and Guerrero though I highly doubt they would fight Murray as he is virtually an unknown in America.

I agree with TFFP. Katsidis is very good at what he does. Put him in with sluggers/primarily offensive fightersband he'll have more chance to prosper.

If not, his chin and toughness will see him take more one-sided beatings. Not a good idea.

    Maidana at 140 I reckon.

Still see them lining up Zappa/Kats like vultures.

The talk of it being MASSIVE in Aus is also bull****, there biggest fights happen on a Wednesday anyways.

Why not stick him in a homecoming bout in Oz (been years since he fought down under) and then he can go after Miguel Vazquez.
