Has Pacquiao accepted full PED testing?

.....the reason why some *******s might not vote in this thread is because when it comes out Pacquiao still has'nt accepted full random testing, the same *******s who would like to vote that he has now, will still defend his stance not to, even though Pacquiao has publicly stated that he would.

How can you defend a man for saying one thing one day, and something different alltogether when at the negotiationg table?
The *******s will defend it.....thus they may not want to publicly go on record that they believe that Pacquiao has accepted full random testing.

 

Well, you've heard Pacquiao say that he has accepted the testing, and you're not going to vote on this poll because of what???
.....are you saying you dont believe Pacquiao, and so you cant say whether he has or has'nt accepted full random testing.

All I'm looking for is honesty here. It Okay to say, "yeah, Pacquiao said it, but I dont know that I believe him."

 

If you believe what Pacquiao is saying vote yes,
if you dont vote no.

 

Then your vote should be Pacquiao has not agreed to full random testing.

Either you believe what what comes out of Pacquiao's mouth or you dont.

To date, I have yet to get a real gauge what % of the forum believes what comes out of Pacquiao's own mouth.
.....this poll is going to be a good gauge of that.

I dont think there's any harm in it.

I did'nt set the poll up to make fun of or hate Pacquiao.
