Has Pacquiao accepted full PED testing?

Floyd doesnt want this fight. Even if Pac agreed i see Floyd creating a new scenario just to run away from it all.

You dont actually believe its the drug testing issue alone do you? I think his advisers has a lot to say on the matter, and we all know how they all feel about their fighter fighting Pac, they're just not so sure. Floyd needs the confidence of the people around him to take this fight, and has been very vocal about his sentiments towards american fans not rooting for him.

I believe he has no problems with agreeing to full testing, but will still try to get a cutoff if he can.

I imagine then the initial offer will be seen as unwillingness to bend to the full testing demands and "negotiations" will be ended on the spot, and Pac will be on record as saying he still wasn't willing to go full testing.

"We have accept full OSDT testing up to the day of the fight demanded by floyd mayweather" That is all, its just that simple. There is no defending floyd if that just happens trust me. He was comfortable enough that they were not being tested 18 days before the fight with Mosley, not a whimper, not even a small noise, not even a slight worry, that USADA stopped coming to their Gym 18 days before the fight.

If he was so concerned about testing, he would have to be paranoid that if they stopped testing him, then they must have stopped testing Mosley too.

Bottomline, the ODST was never the hindrance....... It was the cover-up, a ready-made excuse.
