    Depends on the ruleset. Under Patterson“s probably like the Chucalo and Bonavena fights with Floyd edging a decision. Under Jeffries, Jim stopps him late. May look like the first Corbett fight.

    Patterson could give Jeffries some problems with his speed, but ultimately this match up would be all wrong for him.

    His style would be sucide against Jeffries.

    No, but Patterson was not particularly elusive.

    Foot speed is the only kind of speed that would get him anywhere in this fight.

    agreed he was not a particularly hard target i think this fight could well depend on how much damage patterson could inflict on jeffries before the end of the 5th. i am not saying patterson wins but i dont think its a given that jeffries walks through patterson and wears him down
