Not in a written contract and Konkz and Arum have said as much. Now he's saying he'll agree to everything, will he? We'll see

The poll should say do you 'BELIEVE' Pacquiao has agreed to full OSDT testing. They changed their story so many times its ridiculous. And really, there can't be an 'agreement' if there is no negotiation.

Why don't you just wait for the our favorite vacationist to respond to pac regarding the testing?

The Ball is on Floyd's court now. We do not need your stupid conspiracy theories, We wait for Floyd's response if he ever releases one.

If he doesn't then its safe to assume that he's ducking pac. And that the OSDT is nothing more than an excuse not to fight Manny.

Well I have watched numerous videos where Packy said he agreed to all of Floyd's demands/drug test. Until I hear Floyd calling him out on it the status quo stands - Packy accepted.

Full testing as in year round 365 day / year unlimited blood and urine tests? no. He hasn't even been asked to do that.

Enough testing to ensure that he is clean? yes. Which is what matters.

Therefore the answer is yes. He accepted sufficient testing from the beginning.

I voted YES, after seeing that latest interview I feel he has called Mayweathers bluff on this. He's even stated that he'll agree to take the tests just to see if they are the real reason Mayweather will not fight him, which is a call-out if ever I heard one.

The ball is now in Floyds court, Manny has gone public so it's time for Floyd to step up, as him and his Team have continually claimed that is the only stumbling block ...

Even if Manny changes the goalposts to get some extra money, Team Mayweather will have to accept it or face fierce criticism from the Boxing World. It will be legacy tarnishing for Mayweather if he comes out with any more excuses ....

*****s, *******s yadda yadda...this stuff is old...who cares at this point it's irrelevant. but for the record I believe Pac himself agreed to full testing, unfortunately it is not Pac who does the negotiating. His team seems to have some discord amongst them as to what they agreed to, and it's safe to say that IF Koncz/Arum agreed to testing, and Floyd still refused to fight, then they would be blasting Floyd for not fighting even after agreeing to the test. Arum won't answer when asked what he agreed to, and I believe Koncz said they agreed to 7 or 14 days, so no, Pac did not agree to full random testing.
