The one for the Froch vs Pascal fight was pretty poor. He sort of tried though, unlike Magic Mark Burdis.

    It's
    time
    to
    introduce
    the contestants.

Contestants deserves a facepalm on its own.

And Burdis always starts off with "a man who needs no introduction" and then goes on to list everything from the first time they wiped their own arse to the titles they hold.

Anyone hear Buffer introduce Katsidis as a '2 Time World Champion' on Saturday

Yeah Interim, it doesn't count Michael!

And he always gets the weights wrong and gives away who's won before he's even announced the winner in tight fights, by reading the cards wrong.

Buffer's been making a lot of mistakes lately, almost every show recently he's made one or two **** ups. Just last weekend he called Helenius and Peter 'Cruiserweights'

    I think Buffer is shot

  8. Well he's hardly going to introduce him as "A big muscular guy who can hit a bit, but has no real technical ability" is he?

And while we're having a moan is it really that hard to memorize the fighters details for the main event? I can understand prompt cards being handy for a 8 fight bill but you should really be able to commit the main fight to memory. Just looks more professional IMHO.

The funniest thing about Mark Burdis' prompt cards are that he checks it at the most needless of times. For example, he'll say (or shout) AMIR. *checks card* KHAN!

He really is terrible but it's a good laugh at times.

Really? How? Does he say something like 112-116?

Apparently Matthew Hatton is the European LMW champion.

 He messed up Williams vs Chisora.

No.... I think Slip is referring to when there was a majority decision in a fight.... anyone with half a brain would annouce the two level cards first, then (say) 115-113 in favour of your winner.....

Whereas Magic Mark gives it away on the first scorecard :patsch
