He is the next Floyd Mayweather in that regard

But guess what, I like that

It's good to have characters in boxing, once Mayweather is gone for good Degale can hopefully take his mantle as the most hated person in boxing.

People will tune in to hopefully see him get knocked out, and he will run his mouth on every opponent he faces which will draw in crowds, get people talking and hopefully bring some new fans to the sport

Boxing would be dull without characters like DeGale

Personally, I can't wait to see him take a pasting and get battered in the ring, but he;s such a good fighter I don't think thats gonna happen for a long time.

In the mean time, I'll be tuning into every fight with my fingers crossed!

cant wait to see this. Degale should win it easy, I think he has a great future in boxing also he brings some entertainment to the sport as well.

 

Best thing that can happen is Groves to totally destroy and humiliate that piece of **** DeGale. Hopefully Groves does this and DeGale sod's off for ever and vanishes from history. Thing is though even when Groves beats this git, DeGale will still be the "media darling" and still get the opportunity's that should go to other fighters.
Degale is a utter tool who shoots his mouth off when he is a nothing.

although i want groves to win, you cant be much of a fan of boxing if you cant appreciate degale's skills and want him to disappear from boxing permantly

Although Degale is talented and likely to win I just can't get on with him. I cringe every time he opens his mouth.

I find it funny that sky can't find 10 seconds of degale speaking clearly without any umm's or er's :rofl

 

sorry man i just cant stand him, he might be okay off the camera's(wouldn't know) but he just seems so fake/forced on them. I prefer fighter to fight and do the talking with their fists, if your good enough to do that and entertain people that way, there is no need to run your mouth at every opportunity.

 

Degale is a funny guy. He makes a fool of himself in half his interviews, but its all part of the fun. If only he was as entertaining inside the ring
