During one of the greatest comebacks ever

".........................................................................................................if he gets up he probably wins the fight":patsch

Then SRL's speech after the fight giving Chavez no credit at all.

I remember as Ali-Spinks I escalated into a war, Brent Musberger spent some of the time speculating as to how good of a football player Ali would've been.

Poonsawat-Dunne was pretty shocking. "Muhammad Ali phantom punch" "I don't see what happened. Was it a slip?" etc. :patsch

    Hopkins vs Trinidad

Foreman bias was appaling, the entire fight he was criticising Hopkins..

Barry McGuigans commentary of Froch Vs Taylor!! Barry slagged off Carl throughout the whole fight (the usual 'he needs to hold his hands higher' rubbish), then he went very quiet at the end of the fight

I remember when the great Danny Green defeated an up and coming contender named Roy Jones Junior.

The commentator said something like "When you beat a legend, you become a legend" which made no sense, because Danny Green wasn't beaten.

Well, I think most English language commentary (US, British) or even German isn't that bad at all compared to what I sometimes have to deal with here.
The Dutch commentators seem to have no clue at all of what's happening in the ring and certainly not about the state or the big names in the division.

I recently had to endure a night of really bad commentary at the Pala vs Mazykin fight, in wich it took the commentator until the end of the 3rd to figure out that they weren't fighting for th WBO Heavyweight World Title, but merely for the WBO Heavyweight Euro Title. :patsch
There was also Arslan vs Bilak fight on that card, and after a while you wondered if his commentary during the fights was about the one that you're watching, with left uppercuts (multiple) were constantly called right hooks (or right uppercuts called left hooks, not sure). :-(

Lampley: Hopkins appears to be showing NO signs of slowing down.

Foreman: Ohhhhh yes he is many signs, TOO many signs. Hopkins when he goes back to the corner he "Spreads his legs Wayyyyyyyyyyy out." WTF.:patsch:patsch

Bingo! and Jim Lampley's bias towards Taylor during that fight was just flat out embarassing.

"Chavez on the verge of going down!"

"Chavez, a great body puncher has now reduced to head hunting" *Chavez then lands a killer left hook to Meldricks liver*

"Brilliant stuff from Taylor!!!" (Even tho Julio slipped and parried almost all of Taylor flurries)

Of course, not even that whole bias commentary could of ruined such a great fight like that, especially the great comeback.
