Khan win/loose or draw on saturday will have completed his contract with GBP, His contract was a guaranteed minimum of $1 per fight for 3 fights. Since being with GBP has fought Malignaggi, Maidana and now McCloskey.

Richard Schaefer and Oscar seem desperate to get him to resign with GBP and promised him a £5 million unification bout with Bradley if he resigns, I think GBP have done a good job with Khan in the US, In the UK the management of the fight with McCloskey has been horrific part of the blame lies also with the over hyped Hatton promotions which failed miserably with the undercard.

Now most of Khans fights are going to be in the US so do you think he should resign with GBP or should he instead go sign with Top Rank, Don King, Gary Shaw or Lou Dibella?

McCloskey is nothing to do with GBP.

No chance he gets £5mil for Bradley. He should stick with GBP tho they have done well with him.

Khan has not proved to be the most loyal person. I won't be surprised if he ends up with Top Rank.

Khan is co-promoted by GBP, Khan promotions and Hatton promotions.

His 3 fight contract will run out on saturday. As for the £5million for Bradley that was straight from Richard Schaefer.

Bob Arum was interested in signing Bradley with the lure of getting him a fight with Pacquaio. Now he is interested in Khan aswell. I dont know why Top Rank are interested in him since they didnt want to sign him before Goldenboy got him.

Frank made an article a few weeks back saying he wants to propose a deal to Amir.

Free agent Khan after this fight :hey

    Linky?

Its interesting because Frank Warren apparently said he wanted to make a match between disloyal Khan and the then loyal Kell Brook.

Instead Brook left Warren and now Warren wants Khan back! :rofl

well theres an article on skysports where Khan gives an incline that he might re-sign with GB, although not much to go by really:

"I want to get this guy (McCloskey) out the way and then as soon as I have got him out the way then Golden Boy Promotions, who I'm with, can negotiate the big fight against Bradley and hopefully we can get that down in America or maybe here, which would be amazing.

I think GB have done okay with Khan so see no problem with him re-signing with them

Khan vs Bradley might have got him £5m if he hadn't stiffed Sky last week.

Golden Girl have HBO in their back pocket and can talk them into doing pretty much anything - they promised the Bradley/Alexander winner a big payday in their next fight.... and the loser a $1m plus fight..... so whatever Bradley gets, HBO will have to match that for Khan, there's the site fee, the gate, sponsorship and whatever TV money etc comes from over here to go in the pot.

Perhaps Schaefer meant $5m..... :think - either way it's not impossible, if they get a low-rent undercard it means more $$$ for the main event.

Khan should do a co-promotion with FW covering UK fights and GBP doing the US.

I agree Khan should be co-promoted by FW in the UK and let GBP do the US, I think Team Khan put to much faith in Hatton promotions believing that Rickys popularity 5 years ago could sell the McCloskey fight in the UK.

Khan needs to get with Warren in some way so they can do a Warren show in the UK headlined by DeGale or whoever and Khan in the US on the same night and make it really worth the PPV price.
