Yeah thats why they are postponing it till september instead of juli.
Arum will not feed cotto to floyd if he can make big money with margarito.
The only tune-ups that could happen are berto if he beats ortiz or the khan vs bradley winner I think.

Mayweather-Cotto would be huge, and fans would still want to see Cotto-Margo anyway, win or lose. Makes more sense for Arum to make both fights

I was wondering how long it would take.

But yeah I think Collazo is the best Pacquiao tune-up for Floyd. Nothing like a quick, skilled southpaw to get you ready for a much quicker, more skilled etc southpaw.

If Cotto moves over to GBP he can secure fights with $ and Alvarez. Fighting these two guys tops tacocheato financially.

I dont mind the fight I just dont see arum doing it, because he is all inhouse nowadays, and would this fight happen at 154 or 147?
Does anyone know when cotto's contract ends?

def wanna see this fight but i think Cotto gets shut out.....

Pick any version of Cotto...he gets his ass handed too him...but i'd rather see it actually done.

Cotto looks like a smart guy. He must know how to do a buyout the same way $ did.

Cotto isnt the same anymore, but I could still see him being more competive with Floyd then he was with Pac. So ya this would be a good fight, but it wont ever happen bc Cotto is still young and not pushing 40.

Mayweather is a FA isn't he? There is no reason for Cotto to leave. If Mayweather wants it the fight can be made with Top Rank. If Cotto leaves he will be passing up the possible Margarito and Pac rematches and a possible 15-20 million

    pac rematch woudln't sell

What you earn fighting antonio isn't **** compared to the payday from fighting $.

This leaves Julio Jr at top rank and Saul at GBP. The Mexicans see Saul as the next coming not Julio Jr.

    and Floyd is a FA
