Juanma has it all. I was so impressed watching his last fight vs R. Marquez
He has great movement, his confidence is growing and he has a short right hook that has been doing damage.

Hopefully he will fight Gamboa and I think he will school him.

Do you believe he will go down as the best Puerto Rican Fighter or is that saying too much ?

I think Juanma - Gamboa is a 50/50 fight. But one thing I'm sure of, Juanma cannot school Gamboa, definitely not.

BTW, no, Juanma as of now is not the best PR fighter, that's disrespectful.

A win over Gamboa, who isn't anything in the grand scheme of things, doesn't even put him top 10.

if he works on his defense, beats Gamboa, Donaire, John, goes to 135 and beats Rios and Guerrero(which prob. wont happen) and becomes a 4 weight champ he might have a chance.

he'll have to do a hell of alot more than beat Gamboa c'mon chief..

A win over Gamboa doesnt put him with Ortiz, Benitez, Gomez, and Tito..

He's gotta do alot more to even be on Cotto's level...:deal

Not even close, go buy felix trinidad's boxing career dvd since you obviously missed out. Tito was going up weight class and destroying his opponents until he ran into the MUCH BIGGER BERNARD HOPKINS.

Before losing to hopkins, trinidad had a very impressive run beating the best at his weight class.

Come on. At 130 Camacho embarasses juanma, for real. For whatever reason I think Camacho was not as great above 130-135, but he sure was awesome with the speed, combos, ring generalship in his prime at the lower weights. In a head to head at the same weight, he would embarass the painfully slow but technically sound juanma, so no way juanma is greater, and tito was pretty awesome, too.

Just to prove he is the real deal he needs to stop running from GAMBOA and tell his promoter to stop protecting his ass.

If he defeats GAMBOA then we can start speaking about where he ranks. As of right now not very high there are other PR fighters that rank so much higher.

Plus you were impressed that a much small guy, older, was able to rock Juanma and had him on ***** street. Were he had to resort to an illegal move to save him from being KO'ed?
