Booth is done fighting at any meaningful level. Props to Kiko, he has improved as a boxer, he applied intelligent pressure instead of going ape**** like he has in the past.

I said that Booth has been on the wane for quite some time but I didn't expect him to be that poor tonight.

 

Was sad to watch.

Yeah he was never in it tonight, hope he got a decent payday from it.

Martinez has certainly improved, he'll prove a stern test for the likes of Frampton and Quigg when they do step it up.

 

he still has the british and commonwealth so theres big fights for him. frampton, quigg, casey, arthur 2.

 

He won't beat Frampton, Quigg or Casey.

 

I really don't want to see him become a stepping stone for the domestic guys coming through.

 

Hopefully he made a good amount of money in his last couple of fights that will keep him and his family comfortable for a good number of years. He's done great to achieve what he has...I certainly wouldn't like to see Frampton blitzing him, I wouldn't mind him facing Rhys Roberts! You know he wouldn't get hurt in that one.

 

Me neither. Hope he retires. Unfortunately, the reality is, he probably will become exactly that.

Just got in, wot round Booth get stopped guys? Gutting but not surprising. Agree with Kos theres some quality prospects that can beat a faded Booth dont like seeing that happen to good fighters

 

what else is he going to do? he can still make decent money for a year as long as he doesn't get ****ed up.

Casey would outwork him just like Kiko did. Maybe not as convincingly but he'd definitely beat him.
