What time does Amir Khan come into the ring tonight?

10pm for Khan

 

Im workin in the middle east so am watching it on Al Jazeera sport 1 (free to air, no subscribtion fee!)

On their schedual they have the Munroe fight on as the first live fight followed by Khan which i was suprised by. I would have expected Watson Purdy or Martin Murry to be on live and the munroe fight to be recorded.

 

Do you have the running order for the fights - and when is first bell?:good

Hopefully the undercard fights go he distance, and khan starts as late as he possibly can. Can't be missing the Barca-Madrid game.

Fights in the UK usually are on about this time, aren't they? It's just a shame (or stupidness if you prefer) they picked this weekend of all weekends to stage it. Surely back when they were planning this, they must have known there would be an FA Cup semi-final and an El Clasico on the same day?

Well yeah, but what you said is the crux of my point. Having it clashing with one of the biggest events of the year in the world's biggest fight is downright idiotic. I thought it would've been at least 11 that they would push it back to.

 

Ah I get you. But I think they needed to cater to the schedule of the fans who have gone to watch it live. They're going to want to be able to finish at the fight at a reasonable time, before going off to do whatever else they have planned.

But hopefully Team Khan make a few more **** ups, and leave Khan's belt back in the hotel or something. That'll hopefully delay it further.
