    Round 3

Isaeu pushes through his weak jab and right cross, with Munroe holding his right arm out as a stick in Isaeu's face. Munroe gets a warning for a right hook a bit below the belt. Munroe doubles his jab, and tries a left uppercut that is just a shaving amiss. Munroe digging lefts to the body while keeping Isaeu watching his right jab. More tying up. Munroe jabs and uppercuts his way in, tagging Isaeu hard on the chest. Isaeu is keeping himself tucked small, elbows held in and trying to establish position right up close in front of Munroe, lobbing his light stuff straight in.

    29-28 Munroe

    Round 4

Isaeu holding and hitting. Good body shots by Isaeu. Munroe is just getting tangled and not putting any offense together. Isaeu is jabbing his way in and grabbing Munroe around the middle. Munroe hasn't landed much of consequence through two minutes. Isaeu is snatching in and wrestling him whenever Munroe starts to throw anything. Little body taps by Isaeu as they tango around the ring.

    38-38

    Round 5

Munroe is firing his left hand lead halfway before reeling it back in, just trying to scare Isaeu with it and preserve some distance. Isaeu keeps hopping and rolling his shoulders, shifting weight between his feet and finding awkward angles to get inside. Munroe catches him with a right jab, turns a bit more, and catches him flush on the forehead with a lead left. Isaeu catches a right hook under his armpit and throws a right uppercut into Munroe's chest. The referee warns Munroe for pushing Isaeu's head down on the inside. Flurries by Isaeu. Close to a dozen unanswered body shots by Isaeu. Munroe stays outside and slips a jab, then doubles his own lurching forward. Munroe reaches around to slap a left across Isaeu's back but loses the arm as it's pinned down.

    Closest round yet.

    48-47 Munroe

    Round 6

Munroe jabs with his right and drops the left to the body. Isaeu leans forward and starts infighting with him, but Munroe just cradles his neck against the Belarusian's head and answers his soft body shots in kind. Good work by both. Munroe landing his left to the flank especially well. Isaeu is right in it, however - popping out showers to the gut with both hands while getting pushed back and to the ropes. Isaeu slides away and leaves a jab in Munroe's face, then steps in with a low flurry to the sides. Munroe is spending energy shoving and steering Isaeu around the ring and throws a few looping body shots of his own but is getting outworked by far.

    10-9 Isaeu

    :good

Besides, the Showtime card is going to be better than the HBO card anyway (it's just Khan-McCloskey on delay and then the Berto-Ortiz lamefest :dead)

Yeah, if it were an epic fight, I'd stay away from the internet all day.

But it's Khan/McCloskey... I can live with reading it rather than watching it.

    Round 7

Munroe is picking Isaeu off with his southpaw 1-2 from outside. He's definitely the better rangy boxer in this match-up, and struggles only when Isaeu gets in and starts giving him the octopus treatment and needling the body. Isaeu is still getting in and doing that, but is paying through the nose as Munroe sharpens up his right jab and left cross. Isaeu takes to diving under the jabs and tossing his arms behind Munroe, just holding and not infighting. Ugly stuff.

    10-9 Munroe

    67-66 RM

Munroe has less crunch NOW definitely giving the belarusian reason to get confident.

    Really?!? You'd take Lopez/Steroilido and Cruz/Honorio over Berto/Ortiz?

Steroilido is a joke of a "former titlist" and relevant challenger. The dude's record and resume makes Carlos Baldomir seem like an ATG.
