The ref and the doctor should of watched gurrero v katsidis and Morales v maidana to see what sometimes happens when profesional boxers fight.Anyone know how kavanagh and Murray got on?

 

The terrible ending is only so upsetting. That was fairly awful while it lasted.

Both were at fault.

I'm looking forward to Bradley dishing out some punishment to Khan, but can't say Dudey has put himself on my watch list tbh.

 

Paul was way too negative in a big opportunity even if it was the game plan to take it to the later rounds. He did make Khans offence look terrible but at least Khan had an offense. Khan shipped big shots from Maidana and stayed standing. I dont think Paul would have been capable of stopping Khan and he was never winning on points. The hype bubble around Khan definitely got burst tonight but he was never losing that fight

 

Feel gutted for all the lads that went over from the site for the fight. The stoppage was a joke granted Khan won the rounds but Dudey was making him miss a lot. Also I think Khan was looking a bit tired in there. I honestly think Dudey would of come on strong in the remaining rounds. I think off the back of that fight that Paulie has done himself no harm and you just never know may well get another crack at a World title in the next year or so. IF they get him back in the ring in late July early August evening defending his European title and then see whats out there. Maybe even go out and try and get a fight with Zab Judah for his World title as that could well be a winnable fight for Dudey.

 

cant believe how this fight ended the cut wasn,t that bad. i was ring side the night dunne fought punswat and pajo hyland got a worse cut in the same place between the eyes early in the fight and they let it continue and pajo stopped his man in the 6th or 7th rd, and then to have to listen to khan,s bull**** after just added salt to the wounds iknow what collins says makes sense for a bigger pay day for the rematch but i realy hope Bradley smashes khan up

Well if thats the case then I dont know were they are going to go. Do you go down the European route or put him in with the likes of Paulie Malagnaggi or Kotelnik and get him a high ranking again. It will be interesting to see what Matchroom and the Hearns will do with him in the coming months.

Iam guessing his tactics were to come on strong in the 2nd half of the fight and let that greedy little **** tire himself out , he made Khan look silly a few times and showed the world Khan will be outclassed by the likes of bradley and forget about Mayweather. I watched the fight online via poxy stream I had the offer to go watch it with a few english lads but I think me temper and "****in English **** " would have got me in trouble so got locked at home. I hope all the lads have a good safe time over there .

Shitty stoppage. Hope Barry Hearn puts the passion he showed in the ring into getting Paul some re established justice.

 

I just watched it back. Honestly the best Dudey could have hoped for was to come on strong second half of the fight and maybe win 4 of the last 6 and drop a 116-112 decision.

Horribly shite tactics IMO. I'll look again tomorrow but going on the back foot, letting someone wade in with flurries (even if a lot were missing) and then trying to land one massive counter is never going to win you a world title unless you're incredibly heavy handed. Even then it'd be a shite tactic.

lads the post fight press conference was unreal. heated to say the least.. bickering back and fort... freddie, khan and delahoya giving loads asking who is a doctor etc....
