No. cause Mosely is still going to beat the sh*t out of Ortiz and Berto...saying Pac should fight Berto instead of mosely because he's prime is just like saying Pac better fight lesser dangerous fighters. You seem to confuse youth and skills. Mosely is way ahead in terms of skills against these two, and is clearly the more dangerous fight for Pac. Now stop hating.

I'd rather see Pac knock out Berto or Ortiz than watch him pulverize a senior citizen to death. It's about match ups, not necessarily about guaranteeing Berto would beat Pac. Ortiz fought a great fight and by my estimation he would've roughed up Pac as well. Might not beat Manny but the size, power, and determination coming from Ortiz is enough to rattle anyone at 147. Upsets happen. That's part of why we love the sport. IF Mosley knocks out Manny, would you still be laughing at Berto fans?

Berto is still a live dog and shame on anyone who gives him **** for asking for a fight with Pac. At least Berto isn't padding his record like Chavez Jr. When you've been on a big winning streak and have a title, you target the best fighters out there. If you aren't willing to do so, then you don't belong in the sport.

uh :nonothat's total bull****. Yes Ortiz was the underdog, but he wasn't as big a difference as what you're talking about. I saw the poll on esb right before the fight and Ortiz was beating Berto by 3 votes

The Berto that floored Ortiz twice would have been a better opponent than old man Mosley. I still believe that. That doesn't change just because Berto for whatever reason underperformed against an overwhelmingly hungry talent in Ortiz.

This post yet again confirms your village idiocy. First, Pac > Morales > Maidana > Ortiz > Berto. Second, styles makes fights. Mosley's chances against defensive fighters like Mora/ May has no bearing whatsoever against offensive fighters. I know it's hard for you to grasp such a concept but I hope one day it will sink in your really thick skull full of Floyd semen. :hi:

This post is fraught with so many dangerous assumptions. Here is a post which is more convincing: Berto kissed the canvass on multiple occassions by a not-so-elite 140-lber in Ortiz. Mosley bullied 154 lbs Mora into running. One cant really say that Berto is a better opponent than Mosley who definitely got more power.

styles do make fights, and it's been shown numerous times mosley can't hit what doesn't sit there in front of him

pac moves, a lot, perhaps his greatest asset (foot work) and mosley is going to be made to look like he has downs

berto can get clingy and makes things sloppy/ugly, which is basically the only way someone with = or less skill than pac is going to make a real fight of it

AND...its not the styles that was the problem in the mora fight....it's that mosley is beyond past it
