    A very well protected fighter who was guided by a great matchmaker and George himself, who had a pretty good understanding of his own limitations, especially after dealing with a fight like this one. George became pretty savvy picking his fights but was still suprised by a few guys, Morrison and Shultz specifically.

    Despite the ample girth when he was in the 250s, Foreman was well trained and conditioned for "Holy, Coetzer, Morrison & Moorer" for sure in big fights.... Slow, but conditioned...

    Again, I thought Foreman looked very good and fit at 244 and 245 in his fights with "Sekorski, Trane and Carlos Hernandez" in 1987 / '88...

    The 235 Foreman weighed for Qawi in 1988 was too light for him by age 39 and Foreman claimed he felt weak that low....

    Excellent pix..........:good:yep

    Much agreed... Foreman was 257 for Holy and 259 for Stewart, but his overall conditioning between the two fights were in different ball parks....

    Foreman protected himself by being self managed during his comeback.:deal

    Naturally he's gonna look out for his own good.:yep

    To this day, Foreman has still made the greatest sports comeback for a man north of age 35 upon returning to the ring.

    Yes, but he still won the decision.... Points deducted by Steele in round 10 was weak..... Foreman was in **** poor shape, but still beat a dangerous, in-shape Stewart in 1992.....
