Benefits of boxing....Anybody know?

    Hello friends. I want to know the benefits of boxing because i like boxing , bodybuilding and many other exercises and want to join a trainer who give me training. So share with me the benefits of boxing so that i can do it easily. thanks

    you learn how to fight so you can rescue girls who are getting mugged on the street thus getting you laid as a reward, and your stamina will go up so thats a good thing.

    Actual sparring though takes great conditioning is NOT an exercise.

    So if you don't eventually want to spar there is really no need to learn how to box.

    Just get in shape doing many of the techniques that athletes from all sports universally use.

    It gets you in shape, builds your confidence and prepares you to fight.


    Depending on how seriously you want to go into boxing, for some of us, it's a lifestyle and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Boxing is my life.

    Training builds mental strength. You have to dig down deep, to places that you dont even know are there. Ive played almost every sport, but nothing compares to boxing. Not even close.
