I pretty much agree, but I also think that if Holy's jab could keep Tyson at bay, Vitali with much more reach, and even better defense could have also given Tyson trouble.

Did you forget that that several of these fighters you mentioned Vitali fought them recently and at an OLD age. Let's see how well Tyson would do at this age. Yes Tyson was a beast no doubt, but he fought a lot of tomato cans and always had problems with taller guys that were athletic and fought intelligently. Last time I checked Vitali has a ridiculous chin and loves to fight b/c he's not scared to fight. Tyson wouldn't be able to intimidate Vitali either. Tyson had a great chin too though I'll admit, but he came up short against the taller fighters b/c he's just too small and short to compete with athletes that have so many physical advantages over him. Not to mention unlike Vitali, Tyson has hit the canvas several times in his career.

True, true, but Lewis absolutely beat the **** out of Tyson, it wasn't even close, little Tyson was destroyed, he was humiliated and was exposed as the insane hype job that he was. Did he even win a round? I think not.

I really don't think the sport will ever see someone as overrated as Tyson again.

50/50 fight could go either way.
Probably take him out inside 6 rounds.
He could lose this fight against the extreme steroid built Briggs, whould certainly go to the latter rounds.
    Tyson would probably win this.
Tyson might win this by tko, it's a fight that wouldn't suit Adamek.

I didn't even bother reading any more than the first few lines, for Vitali he has already faced a far, far better boxer in Lewis. Tyson will never be considered anywhere even close to Lewis's level.

You made some great points. :good It's a shame that so many people bash Vitali, b/c you're right, he would be a difficult opponent in any era. And he fights very intelligently in the ring and usually learns quickly in a round or two on how to dismantle his opponent. It's funny how a lot of people hated on Lennox Lewis with his safety-first approach in his fights with his jab, but than as soon as he retired people started praising him. I keep asking people that if the heavyweight division is so horrible with the K brothers now, what would it be without them fighting. They're the few fighters in the division that always come into the fight in shape and at an extremely consistent weight.

Tyson stops the robot Klit within 5 rounds. If V. Klit thought his face was messed up against Lewis than imagine what a Prime Tyson would do to him.
