how do they determine how much a fighter should get to make way for another fight? is it a percentage of what they were originally due to earn for a fight? is there certain factors taken in to consideration or does one side just offer what they think is fair? take chisora for example, what was he originally meant to earn & how much would he have received to step aside for haye?

i was under the impression that chisora received some sort of settlement hence him being unusually silent regarding the whole issue?
